Retail Management - Employee

In Retail management, the employees can perform retail sales activity, assigned tasks, visit activity, visual merchandising, etc.

To access the above activities, the users have to navigate to Mobile App -> Tasks(Bottom Menu)

Beats:

The best plan is the journey plan for the employee to make visits to a number of outlets at a predefined frequency. This beat plan will be created and assigned by the admin employee wise.

After selecting the beat, the employee has to select the outlet.

My Sales:

In My Sales, the employee can record all the sales activities date-wise, by selecting the respective products.

The employee has to follow the below steps to record the sales activities.

1. In Tasks, select the beat and Outlet.

2. Click on "My Sales".

3. Select the respective hierarchy like category, sub-category of the product.

4. Select the product

5. Update all the sales details and click on "Confirm".

My Stock:

In My Stock, the employee can update the stocks in his/her hand day-wise. This can be updated in the path below

Mobile App -> Tasks ->Select Beat and Outlet -> My Stock -> Perform Activity -> Update all the details -> Submit.

Visual Merchandising:

Visual merchandising(VM) is a marketing practice that uses floor plans, color, lighting, displays, technology, and other elements to attract customer attention. In WorQ, the planogram image can be uploaded by Admin and employees can use it as a reference and advise the store manager on the products arrangement.

In the application, the employee can submit visual Merchandising by following the below steps

Login in Mobile App -> Tasks (Bottom of the Screen) -> Select the Beat & Outlet -> Visual Merchandising -> Select the Activity -> Perform the Activity.

Visit Activity:

In the visit activity, the employee can collect the data/ leads from the clients by visiting their location.

Login in Mobile App -> Tasks (Bottom of the Screen) -> Select the Beat & Outlet -> Visit Activity -> Select the Activity -> Add Activity -> Update all the required details -> Submit.

Task:

In the task, the employee can perform the tasks assigned to him/her for the day.

Login in Mobile App --> Tasks(Bottom of Screen) --> Task -> Add Task -> Select the Task Type -> Update all the required details -> Submit.

My Target:

In My Target, the employee can keep track of the assigned target for the month and achieved sales.

My Performance:

In My Performance, the employee can check the total sales performed by him/her for the entire month date-wise.

Store Performance:

In the Store Performance, the employee can check the total sales performed from the selected outlet month-wise. 

Dashboard:

In Dashboard, the employee can view the dashboard view of the sales performed by him/her.

Outlet Information:

In Outlet Information, the employee can view the outlet/ store details like Address, Contact Person, contact number, etc.

Team Activity Summary:

In the Team Activity Summary, the managers can view the sales performed by the reporting employees, this is applicable only to the managers not to the employees.

Submit Report:

In Submit Report, the employee can submit the end-of-the-day report.

Submit Outlet Report:

In Submit Outlet Report, the manager can submit the report of the selected outlet at the end of the day.
