1. How to add a new task and assign the task to the employees in Admin?
Ans: Admin can create and assign tasks to the employee in the below steps.
Step 1:
Navigate to Customer Admin --> Productivity --> Task Management --> Task Setup --> Create Task Types
In Task Setup, the Admin creates a Task.
Step 2:
After creating a task, the admin can assign the task to the specific employees in the below path.
Customer Admin --> Productivity --> Task Management --> Assigned Task --> Assign New Task
