In Today's status dashboard, the admin can track the attendance status for one specific day.


Total Work-Force:


In Total Workforce, the admin can track the number of active employees along with the following:

  • Attendance Enabled - Count of the attendance-enabled users in this customer.
  • Attendance Disabled - Count of the attendance-disabled users in this customer.
  • Task Management - Count of the task management enabled users in this customer. 
  • Digital Supervisor - Count of the digital supervisor-enabled users in this customer. 



Daily Active Users:


In Daily Active Users, the total number of users who used the application at least once on the selected date and its pecentage. 



Total Marked:


In Total Marked, the number of users marked the attendance/leave on the selected date and its pecentage.



Turnover Rate:


In Turnover Rate, the admin can keep track of the employees who left the organization on the selected date and its percentage.



Head Count Based on the Shift Category:


In this section, the admin can keep track of the employees who have marked their attendance in the below-said category.


Note: This shift category is the static one, not based on the shifts created by the admin.




Attendance Status:


In Attendance Status, the number of employees in each of the following Attendance statuses:

  • Present
  • Absent
  • Leave
  • Week-off
  • Holiday
  • Outlet Closed
  • Comp-off
  • Not Marked


In the below chart, the admin can track the attendance for the last 7 days for the selected attendance status.

 


Employees on Leave:


In this section, the admin can keep track of the employees who have applied for leave for the selected date and in the next 7 days.



Attendance Exception:


In this section, the admin can keep track of the employees who have marked Late Attendance, Early Out, Absence and Half Day for the selected date.



Report:


In the below-highlighted icon, the admin can download the report for the selected date.



Task Management:


In the Task Management section, the admin can keep track of the count of total assigned tasks, completed tasks, In Progress and Pending tasks.


Engagement:


In the Engagement section, the admin can view the count of the users accessed the modules like Announcement, Dash, Payslips, and HR Documents.
