Banners can be added in by the customer admin by following the below steps
Steps 1: Navigate to Customer Admin -> Engagement -> Banner -> Create New
Steps 2: Update all the required fields and Click Next
Note: If you have any question about the required details, please scroll down and check.
Step 3: To update the banner image, click on the "Upload Image", Refer to the below highlighted field.

Banner Type:
1. Small: If this was selected, the banner will be shown at the top of the Home page just below the Check-in button.
2. Big: If this was selected, the banner will be shown below the announcement on the Home page of the application.
3. Dashboard pop-up: If this was selected, the banner will be popped up on the Home page, while logging in.

Reference Type:
1. No Redirect: While clicking on the banner in the mobile application, it will not redirect to some other page.
2. YouTube: While clicking on the banner in the mobile application, it will redirect to the YouTube link which was updated in the "Reference" field (Highlighted in the below).
3. External Web: While clicking on the banner in the mobile application, it will redirect to the link which was updated in the "Reference" field.
4. Email: While clicking on the banner in the mobile application, it will redirect to the email which was updated in the "Reference" field.
5. Call: While clicking on the banner in the mobile application, it will redirect to the mobile number which was updated in the "Reference" field.

Prompt Flag:
If the admin wants to show any message after clicking on the banner, then this can be user.
To enable the prompt flag, select "Yes" in the prompt flag field and update the "Prompt Message"
