Step 1: Super Admin

In Super Admin, create a new customer and enable “Kiosk Attendance”. For existing customer, please enable “Kiosk Attendance” in step 2.
Step 2: Customer Admin
Responsibility: Customer Admin User
- Customer Admin -> Setup -> Work Locations -> Edit -> Select “Yes” in the field, “Enable Kiosk Attendance” -> Fill Kiosk admin details -> Update exact latitude & longitude -> Save
Note:
- Kiosk Admin should have user account in WorQ.
- Kiosk Admin can able to login, only if he/she is located exactly in the configured Lat & Long.
- After saving the kiosk admin details in work location, the “Admin Pin” will be shared to the registered email and the mobile number of admin.
Note: The Admin PIN is a static pin which will be asked while updating/ changing the profile picture of the employee.
Step 3: Kiosk Admin User
Responsibility: Kiosk Admin User
- Kindly download Kiosk Check-in app using the link, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.worq.checkin&hl=en_IN&gl=US
- Kiosk Check-in App -> Get Started -> Select Company Code -> Select Outlet -> Request OTP -> Update OTP & Submit.
Note: In order to login in Kiosk App, the Kiosk app installed device should be located exactly in the configured latitude & longitude in Customer Admin -> Setup -> Work location.
- Firstly, Profile picture has to be configured for each employee in the work location to mark daily attendance. For updating Profile picture go to, Team (Bottom Menu) -> Search employee -> Click on employee -> Update the Static “Admin PIN” -> Submit -> Capture Profile Picture.
- After updating the profile picture for an employee, then he/she can mark daily attendance, just by coming in front of camera.
Note: While employee marking daily attendance, the lighting of the selfie picture should be good. The shadow/ placing kiosk is the dark places should be avoided.
