Check-in for WorQ is a simple application where employees can mark attendance contactless at a site using facial

recognition and geo-tagging.

Every site will have a Site Admin who can log in to the application using an OTP.

Step 1: Choose your Company Code.

Step 2: Select Outlet/Site from the dropdown

Step 3: After selecting the Outlet, the OTP will be triggered to the Admin's Registered mobile number.

Step 4: Navigate to the Team section, Here you’ll find the list of all associates working on the Site.

Step 5: Initially employees need to take a profile picture, which will be used to mark attendance using facial

recognition. Select an employee name and you’ll be prompted to enter PIN which will sent to the admin to update the profile picture.

Step 6: Likewise update the profile pics of all employees. Associates whose profile picture is updated only can

mark attendance from the application.

Step 7: Employees can come in front of the mobile phone/tablet mounted onto a wall and the app will capture a

photo to mark attendance.

Once profile pics are updated, employees can seamlessly mark check-in and checkout using the app just by coming in front of the application. Attendance will be marked and automatically updated on the WorQ platform as well.

Site admins can view employee details by navigating to the Team section and clicking on the employee.

The following features can also be used to gather more information:

- Search employees

- Check who has marked attendance for the day

- Check who has not marked attendance for the day

- View In and Out times of the employee
