Digital ID card - Employee

Digital ID card is a feature available on the WorQ application for some respective users who can use it for verifying their presence in their organization.

The digital ID card has a QR code scanner, which can be used by a security guard or an authorized person in the office to verify the employee profile from anywhere.

1. Can we download or take a screenshot of the Digital ID card?

Answer: Yes, the employee can able to download the digital ID card in the WorQ app. Please refer to the below screenshot.

If the Download option is not available in the app, then please reach out to your HR team or Admin.

2. Where can we find the digital ID card option?

Ans:  Employees can find the digital ID card on the pin message tab available on the top of the app feature icons at the bottom,

3. Can employees customize or modify the digital ID card details?

Ans: No, Employees will not be able to update any details for the digital ID card from their end, they can inform about the detail missing or mismatched their HR team or their reporting managers about the concern so that, they can reach out to the respective Admin or onboarding team.

4. The employee profile photo is not visible on the digital ID card what will be the scenario?

Ans: Employee photos will be visible on digital ID cards only if they have updated profile photos on the Work application.

5. My Company logo is not updated on the ID card and getting some error messages when I click on the digital ID card option?

Ans:  If any user is facing the above concern, kindly revert about the issue with their credential details and screenshot to support@worqhub.com or to Inedge_support@heptagon.in.

6. digital ID card option is not visible to me in the pinned message?

  Ans: If the digital id card option is not visible on your application, kindly inform your Hr team or respective agent to check on the Admin portal for the configuration settings.

(Note: Digital Id card feature will be enabled only for some customers)
