Digital Supervisor - Customer Admin

Digital Supervisor is the platform to supervise the employees digitally by tracking the Alertness of the employee by triggering the tasks like selfies/Captcha/Scanning QR Code for a certain period of time. This helps to keep track of the employee's productivity, especially for the Nightshift Security guards without any manual supervisor.


Note: Digital Supervisor feature is compatible only with Android, not with IOS as of now.


1. How to enable the Digital Supervisor in Super Admin?


Step 1: First we need to enable it in the MSS mapping (Refer to path and screenshot)


Super Admin --> Organization --> Customers --> Search Customer --> MSS Mapping (Action Drop-down) --> Digital

Supervisor --> Save



Step 2: After enabling DS in MSS mapping, we need to enable some flags in the below path.


Super Admin --> Organization --> Customers --> Search Customer --> Edit (Action Drop-down) --> Save& Continue in Step 1(Bottom of screen) --> Digital Supervisor (Enable flags in the below screenshot).

2. Where can we find the Digital Supervisor in Customer Admin?


Ans: In Customer Admin, the DS is located in the below path(Refer to the below screenshot)


Customer Admin --> Productivity --> Digital Supervisor

3. What are the additional features available in Digital Supervisor?

Ans:

1. Geo-Fence - If this is enabled, it will restrict the employee to perform tasks, if the employee is outside the configured distance.

2. Calculate the number of steps - If this is enabled, the steps will be calculated and these steps can be added to Scoring Criteria.

3. Selfie Validation - If this is enabled, the supervisor will validate the selfie.

4. Where can we configure the above features?


Ans: All the DS configurations can be performed in the below path (Refer below screenshot)


Customer Admin --> Productivity --> Digital Supervisor --> Workflow --> Create New Workflow

5. Can we set the time period for triggering tasks?


Ans: Yes, the Task Trigger period can be configured as per the requirement in the below path (Refer to the screenshot)

6. Does the admin have the option to set the expiry time for every task?


Ans: Yes, the admin has the option to set the expiry time for every triggered task (Refer to Screenshot). If the user failed to complete the task before the expiry, then scores will be reduced.

7. How do the scoring criteria work?


Ans: The Scoring criteria work in two ways.


1. Scoring criteria, if step calculation enabled- Scores will be calculated, based on the Weightage(%).


Eg 1: If Step Calculation weightage is 50%, then the remaining 50% will be based on tasks performed in a certain period of time.


Eg 2: If Step Calculation weightage is 40%, then the remaining 60% will be based on tasks performed in a certain period of time.


2. Scoring criteria, if step calculation disabled: Complete 100% will be calculated based on Tasks performed, without considering Step Calculation weightage.

8. Does the admin have the option to manage mark weightage for steps?


Ans: Yes, the admin can manage weightage for step (Refer to the screenshot)


According to the below screenshot, If the employee takes a step between 1 to 50, then the weightage will be 50%, and If the employee takes steps between 51 to 100, then the remaining 50% will be added, so the final weightage will be 100%.

9. What are alertness scoring criteria and How to manage them?


Ans: In Alertness Scoring Criteria, the admin can define the hierarchy like Low, Medium, and High based on the scores in tasks and step calculations.


According to the below configuration,

 

If the score is between 1 to 50, then the Criteria will be shown as low.

If the score is between 51 to 70, then the Criteria will be shown as Medium.

If the score is between 71 to 100, then the Criteria will be shown as High.

10. Is Digital Supervisor compatible with iOS?


Ans: No, As of now, the Digital Supervisor is only compatible with Android.

11. Does the user have an access to see their live progress in the mobile application?


Ans: Yes, the users can able to see their live progress in a mobile application (Refer to Screenshot)

In the below screenshot, the user can able to view the pending/ Completed tasks.

12. Is it mandatory for the employee to check in to perform the DS tasks?


Ans: Yes, the DS task will be triggered only after check-in.

12. Does the Reporting manager have an access to monitor the live alertness?


Ans: Yes, the Reporting managers can able to monitor their reportee's live alertness in Login --> Home --> My Team (Under My Team Activities)--> Alertness Check (Refer Screenshot)
