Flexi Fields in Hamara HR allow admins to create custom fields to capture additional employee information that is not available in the default system fields.
Navigation Path:
Super Admin → Organization → Customers → Edit
Ensure that the Employee and Work location modules under Flexi Fields are enabled so that they reflect in the Customer Admin panel.
1. Employee
Functionality:
- Allows creation of custom fields for employee profiles
- Used to capture additional employee information (e.g., certifications, ID details, Additional qualifications)
- After creation these fields will be visible under the employee profile section
2. Work Location
Functionality:
- Enables custom fields for work locations
- Helps capture additional details related to specific locations (e.g., site codes, region-specific data)
- These fields will be reflected in the work location configuration
3. All
Functionality:
- Enables all Flexi Field modules at once
- Quick option to activate both Employee and Work Location flexi fields
