1. How payslip is uploaded in WorQ?

Ans: Payslips are generated from the concerned third-party payroll management team of each customer, and the WorQ application is used as a tool to publish it and make it visible for all users under one place for Organization details and benefits.

2. Where can I find my payslip option?

Ans: The payslip option can be found in Quick links available on the home page of the application or they can check for it in the Profile -> Documents -> Salary slips.

3. Why payslip or salary slip option is not visible in my application?

Ans: The payslip option will be visible for all the employees if it is enabled from the Admin portal if in case if it is not visible check for the Date of Joining(DOJ) mentioned in your application on the Attendance calendar page if the date is mentioned in future dates payslip option won't be visible or if DOJ mentioned is proper please reach out to your HR or Team lead for further assistance.

4. What does "Payslip for the current month is not generated" or "Salary not processed" mean?

Ans:  It indicates that the concerned employee's payslip for the month has not yet uploaded by the payroll management team,

(*Note: Payslip for the past month will be uploaded within the 1st week of the current month).

5. Downloaded file is empty or payslip file is replicating in the application in some code format?

Ans: If you are facing any of these issues, kindly reach out to support@worqhub.com to check and resolve it

immediately.

6. Can we view and download payslips from the Web portal?

Ans: No, the payslip view and download option are available only on the Application.

(* Note: All types of documents available in WorQ can be viewed only from the application)

7. Will the WorQ team be responsible for Data mismatch in Payslips and salary deductions?

Ans: No, as said before payroll management is done completely from the organizational size or by any 3rd part vendors. for those kinds of scenarios we highly recommend users report to the HR management team or manager.
