User Manual for Alumni Employee:

1. When will the employee be converted to Alumni User?

Ans: After the last working day(LWD), the employee will be converted to an Alumni user with limited access to WorQ App

2. How can the employee log in as an Alumni user?

Ans: The employee can log in with the same login credentials and the same application that he/she was using while working in the organization.

3. How will the homepage be for the Alumni user?

Ans: After logging into the WorQ App, on the homepage he/she can view the Quicklinks with the following menus - Payslips, Documents, and QChat options will be available

4. What the employee can view under the Payslip folder?

Ans: Under the Payslip folder, the employee can view the list of payslips that are generated for the past two years. On clicking a particular payslip for a month, a pdf will be downloaded.

5. What is the list of documents available for the Alumni user?

Ans: On clicking the Documents in the Quick links, the following documents will be displayed for the Alumni user

• Offer Letter

• Salary payslips

• IT Declaration Computation

• Form 16

• ESIC Card

• Relieving letter

• Full and Final Settlement Statement

6. How will the Offer letter be displayed for the Alumni?

Ans: On clicking the Offer letter, the offer letter of the user will be displayed which can be shared via different channels

7. How will the Relieving letter be displayed for the Alumni?

Ans: On clicking the Relieving letter, the relieving letter of the user will be displayed which can be shared via different channels

8. How can the IT Declaration Computation be displayed for the Alumni?

Ans: On clicking the IT Declaration Computation, by default, the current year will be displayed. By navigating the year, he/she can view the IT Declaration for the past two years month-wise. On clicking a specific link, the PDF will be downloaded with an accept and reject button where the employee should provide a signature

9. How can Form 16 be displayed for the Alumni?

Ans: On clicking Form 16 in the Documents section, the list of Form 16 that is generated for the employee will be displayed

Note: The Form 16 will be downloaded in a ZIP file and the employee has to extract the file to get the 2 Form 16 documents.

10. How will the Full and Final Settlement Statement be displayed for the Alumni?

Ans: On clicking the Full and Final Settlement Statement, the document will be displayed which the user can share via different channels

11. What is the use of QChat?

Ans: QChat is a chatbot, which will be used to address the doubts of the Alumni user. Alumni users can navigate to Qchat by clicking on the Qchat option on the homepage or Profile -> QChat
