Ans: Before enabling the geo fencing, please ensure the exact Latitude and Longitude for all the work locations in Setup -> Work Locations are updated correctly in WorQ.
After updating the lat and long, kindly do the below configuration
Step 1: Enable distance variation in Admin -> Organization -> Attendance --> Attendance Plans -> Edit -> Enable "Do you want to track distance variation?"
Step 2: Then Enable "Enable Geo Fencing"
Step 3: Select "Outlet" in Base Location and Update the Distance Variation radius, within which the employee will be allowed to mark attendance.
Step 4: If required, enable the Distance variation remark for check-in & checkout.
