For providing the Admin/ Unit Head access, please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Create an employee account for the admin user/ Unit Head and map the Admin rolegroup.
Admin -> Organization -> Employees -> Add Employee -> Update all the details -> Add New Employee
Note: Kindly add the Admin/ custom type rolegroup and enable the required feature access.
Step 2: Add the created user ID as the unit head in the respective work location(s).
Admin -> Setup -> Work Locations -> Manage Work Locations -> Search the work location -> Edit -> Update the user ID in the Unit Head field (refer to the screenshot).
Step 3: Now the unit head will receive an email/ SMS with the WorQ login credentials. In Web, using the login credentials, the unit head can manage the employee mapped under the respective work locations, where he/she was marked as the Unit Head.
