The policy is a place where organizations can upload their private policy documents and ethics to be followed by an employee of their company.

1. Where can I find the policies tab?

Answer: Employees can find the policy tab in the quick link section available on the home page of the mobile application and web users can find it on their "home page".

2. Document is not available in the folder listed in my application whom should I report about this?

Answer: It indicates that the concern policy document is not uploaded, you can inform the HR team in this regard for immediate reaction.

3. When clicking on the policies tab getting a " Server down or Unable to find the request" error message what should I do now?

Answer: Check on your network connection and try closing your recent tabs on your phone and try accessing it now, if you are getting the same error message reach out to [email protected] for a quick resolution.

4. Can an employee download the policy document?

Answer: The download option won't be available for the Policies tab and as per company policy screenshot restriction access also will be provided.
