Policies - Customer Admin

The policy is a place where organizations can upload their private policy documents and ethics to be followed by an employee on their company.


1. Where can I find the policies tab?

Answer: Employees can find the policy tab in the quick link section available on the home page of the mobile application and for web users they can find it on their "home page". Refer to below image for your reference.

2. Document is not available on the folder listed in my application whom should I report about this?

    Answer: It indicates that the concern policy document is not uploaded, you can inform the HR team in this regard for immediate reaction.

3. When clicking on the policies tab getting a " Server down or Unable to find the request" error message what should I do now?

Answer: Check on your network connection and try closing your recent tabs in your phone and try accessing it now, if you are getting the same error message reach out to Inedge_support@heptagon.in for a quick resolution.

4. Can an employee download the policy document?

   Answer: The download option won't be available for the Policies tab and as per company policy screenshot restriction access also will be provided.

5. How to enable the Policies to feature for a specific customer?

Ans: Policies feature can be enabled from the super admin portal while creating a new customer or by clicking the edit option for the existing customers.

6. Can we configure the policies tab to be visible for some specific employees?

  Ans: yes, this process can be done using the Role group option available on the Setup -> company section, where you can disable/enable the policies flag and assign this role group to the respective role group to reflect properly.
