Step 1: Timesheet Submission by Employee
After updating attendance for all the days in the past attendance cycle, the employee can sent the timesheet for approval.
Note: If the day status is "Not Marked", the employee will not allowed to submit the timesheet.
Employee can submit the Timesheet in below steps:
Mobile App -> Home -> Attendance -> Attendance Summary -> Timesheet (Bottom of screen) -> Select Year, Month and Sent for Approval -> Submit.
Step 2: Timesheet Approval by Manager
After TS submission, the auto email will be triggered to the Manager email updated against employee. In the email, the manager can approve/reject by clicking on the Approve or Reject button in bottom of email (Refer to the Screenshot)
Note: This PM email will get synced from RADAR to WorQ portal, through API.
Step 3: Notification of Timesheet Approval/ Rejection
After Timesheet Approval/ Rejection, the employee and HR. Attaching the Sample email of the notification.
Note: HR will be notified, only if the HR email was configured in the respective employee details.
