The Hiring module in Hamara HR helps manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including Recruitment, Offers, and Onboarding.
Navigation Path:
Super Admin → Organization → Customers → Edit
Ensure that Hiring Qjobs Integration, Offers, On-behalf onboarding, Onboarding and recruitment modules under Hiring is enabled so that they reflect in the Customer Admin panel.
Note: If Recruitment is not required, only the Onboarding module is required this alone can be enabled.
1. Recruitment
Functionality:
- Create and manage job openings
- Handle candidate profiles, interviews, and selection stages
2. Offers
Functionality:
- Generate and send offer letters to candidates
- Track offer acceptance or rejection
3. Onboarding
Functionality:
- Enables onboarding for selected candidates
- Candidates can fill in their personal and professional details
- Upload required documents and complete joining formalities
4. On-behalf Onboarding
Functionality:
- Allows HR/Admin to complete onboarding on behalf of candidates
- Useful when candidates are unable to complete onboarding themselves
- HR/Admin can manually enter required details
5. Hiring QJobs Integration
Functionality:
- Enables integration with job portal systems (QJobs)
- Allows fetching candidate data directly from job portals
