Regularization - Customer Admin

Regularization in WorQ means an option for end-users to undo their attendance activity for the past dates within the certain date limits configured based on customer preference.


1. How can I enable the Regularization feature for a customer?

Ans: Regularization features can be enabled for a respective customer using super admin credentials on the Attendance Module page.

2. What flags need to be enabled for Regularization to reflect for employee and TL approval process:


Ans: List of flags to be enabled for the Regularization feature.


Mark Regularization: Once this flag is enabled Regularization option will be available to the respective customers and the users onboarded under it.


Approve Regularization: once this flag is enabled TL/manager will get the regularization approval button on my team activities page.


Regularization Auto approval: once this flag is enabled all the regularization requests performed by the users on a customer will be auto-approved without flowing to a manager/TL


Track Regularization request: Once this flag is enabled regularization request will be tracked and flowed to approval and for report consideration.


Approve All regularization: once this flag is enabled TL/Manager will be getting a button to approve all regularization requests they have received with one click.

3. Can we disable regularization for specific users?


Ans: The regularization feature can be enabled for some specific group employees using the Role group option available on the Setup -> Permissions-> Role groups.


you can enable the required Regularization flags available on the module page of the role group.

4. Where can we limit the Regularization request and set the grace time for employees to mark in past days?


Ans: You can customize the regularization flow on the New attendance plan under the missing Attendance part available on the setup page under the Attendance category, that you can able to set the status after rejection and restrict employee regularization for limited days and mention whether approval flow has to be enabled or not

5. Where can we download the regularization report for a customer?

Ans: Regularization reports for a customer can be downloaded from the Report section available on the Customer portal.

6. Is there any option available on the customer admin portal to download the Regularization approval/awaiting report?


Ans: Yes, customer admin can download the regularization approval report from the Reports -> Custom --> Select the report type as "Regularization Approval/ Awaiting Report"
