Multi-Location Attendance

In WorQ, the Multi-Location Attendance can be configured in Customer Admin -> Organization -> Attendance -> Attendance Plan -> Edit -> Tracking Policy -> Enable Multi-Location Attendance (PFA).



Please find the features list in Multi-Location Attendance and functionality:


1. When employees mark Check-in: If this is enabled, then the employee's lat and long will be captured while check-in and the nearest work location will be auto-selected.

2. When employees mark Check-out: If this is enabled, then the employee's lat and long will be captured while check-out and the nearest work location will be auto-selected.

3. When employees raise regularisation requests: If this is enabled, then the employee's default work location will be auto-selected while regularization and the employee can change it if required.

4. When employees mark on-behalf attendance: If this is enabled, then the employee's default work location will be auto-selected while on-behalf attendance and the manager can change it if required. 

5. Allow Attendance requests from:

  • Parent & Associated Outlets: If this was selected, then the employee/ manager can only choose one among the parent or associated outlets.
  • All Outlets: If this was selected, then the employee/ manager can only choose one among all the outlets created in the respective customer admin.

6. Do you want the employee to view and select the check-in/out work location?: The selection of work location by the manager/ employee during check-in and check-out is based on this flag.
