Incident module- Super Admin Flags functionality

In this article, you can understand the functionalities behind each flag and sub-module in the Incident Module


Incident Management-


The main purpose of incident management is to

  • Record workplace issues or complaints
  • Track employee grievances

  • To investigate and give proper resolution


1.All:


Functionality: If this flag is enabled, all sub-modules under Incident Management will be enabled automatically.

 No need to enable individual sub module separately.


2. Incident Category-


Functionality: Used to create different types of incidents.

Examples:

  • Harassment

  • Misconduct


3.Incident Dashboard- 


Functionality: Helps track incident resolution progress

It displays:

  • Open Incidents

  • Closed Incidents

  • Pending Cases

It helps in quick monitoring and tracking of cases.

4.Incident Management-


Functionality: This gives overall access to the Incident Management module.

If enabled, the user can access the incident section in the system



5.Incident Requests Report-


Functionality: This report shows the current status of all incidents.

Examples:

  • View incident details

  • Check whether the case is Open / Closed / Pending

  • Download reports


6.Incident Resolver- 


Functionality: This permission allows the user to handle and resolve incidents 

Example:

  • Investigate incidents

  • Update status

  • Add comments

  • Close incidents


7.Incident SPOC Holidays 


Functionality: This feature allows you to upload holiday details for SPOC to ensure incidents are reassigned when the SPOC is unavailable. 


If the SPOC is on leave:

  • The incident can be reassigned

  • Cases will not get delayed


8.Report Incident-


Functionality: This feature allows employees to raise and submit complaints upload the supporting documents 



9.SPOC Master


Functionality: This feature is used to configure and manage the SPOC for Incident Management.

safety feature that allows a person to quickly send an alert during an emergency situation.
