First time onboarding & Home Page Features - Employee

WorQ (Workforce Management Software) is a one-stop solution for organizations and employees to track and Manage Employee activities in one place Attendance, Leave, claims, Documents, Separation, and Task activities(retail) and used for Publishing Announcement and surveys to get employee responses without any ease.


Once Admin Onboarded the employee into WorQ, the users will receive the login credentials via Email and SMS. Please refer to the screenshots below.

After clicking "Get Started", it will ask for the company. If you're a Quess employee, then please select "I am a Quess Corp Employee". If you're not a quess employee, then update the company code, which was sent to your SMS/ Email.

1. Attendance Button& I'm off:


Employees/users of the WorQ application can find the check-in and I'm off button at the top of the page if they have the

Attendance feature enabled on their application.


Check-in& Check-out: If an employee is assigned Attendance and shift for the day he will be getting the check-in

button at the assigned shift timing and once after performing the check-in button they will be getting check-out for the day.


Open shift: There is an "open shift" concept available in the Worq Application where employees/users who have the

attendance option enabled will be getting the check-in and check-out buttons without any time limits.


I'm off: In this option, employees can able to prefer other paid activity options provided by their organization like, Leave,

comp-off, Holiday, and Market off.


Once after preferring to any of the drop-down lists from I'm off for the day employee cannot be able to reverse back for the attendance option.

2. Quick Links: 


The quick link is a feature given to Worq employees to navigate to the priority features listed on the Application.


Features like My shifts, Policies, Helpdesk, and Holidays will be available only on Quick links.


Not all the features listed below will be available for all the users, based on the features purchased by the customer options will be listed on their respective applications.

3. My Team Activities:

         

This option will be available only for Employee who has reportees and TL/Manager role group assigned to them.


Using this option TL/Manager can able to manage their team members assigned under them and perform activities like Approving Leave, claim, Attendance, and all kind of approval needed functionalities, On behalf activities, Emergency Notification sending, Session Attendance.

4. Banner: 


Banners are the Add -advertisements given to the customer to publish the offers, Third-party offers, and promotional boards which they can publish on the WorQ application,


The banner cannot be published from the Admin portal as of now it can be published from the backend alone and you can

publish the banner to a max of 12 pages at a place.


The banner is available at the top, just below the attendance option as well as at the Bottom top of the feedback option.

5. Announcement: 

   

The announcement is a communication feature used by an organization to publish any articles or priority information on the WorQ application.


Over the announcement feature, an organization can publish the content to a max of 5000 words/per announcement with an image and audio or video links posted.


(Note: Multiple images or videos cannot be posted directly on the announcement feature).

6. Sticky Notes or Pin message:

      

Sticky notes are used to highlight and display employee details regarding the document update and ID card, market, and

customized feature updates.


(Note: Digital Id card option will be visible only on Sticky notes)

7. Log Out:


In mobile app, the users can logout in the below path


Mobile App -> Profile -> Settings Icon (Top Right Corner) -> Logout
